Subscriptions & billing

How does the free trial work?

New accounts get 7 days of Premium at no cost and without entering any payment method. It does not auto-renew and you are never charged for it. When it ends, your account simply moves to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe.

How do I restore my purchases?

On a new device, open the app, go to the paywall, and tap Restore purchases. Your active subscription will be recovered from your App Store or Google Play account.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Premium and Elite are billed by Apple or Google, so you manage them there: iOS → Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android → Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a paid subscription.

What do Free, Premium, and Elite include?

Free lets you log workouts and track trends. Premium (€5.99/mo) unlocks Spotter — AI routine generation, chat, and session debriefs. Elite (€11.99/mo) lifts the limits to unlimited scans and debriefs. See the pricing section for the full breakdown.

Your data & privacy

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Export my data. We prepare your archive in the background and email you a secure download link (valid 7 days) with your profile, sessions, programs, and scans. You can request a new export every 7 days.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete my account, type DELETE, and confirm. Your account enters a 14-day grace period — sign back in within those 14 days to restore it. After 14 days everything is permanently erased.

How do I turn off usage analytics?

Go to Settings → Privacy and switch off Share usage analytics. We then stop collecting usage data on your device and our servers. Crash reports (which never include your name or email) stay on so we can fix issues.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in the EU (AWS, Ireland), encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Getting started

How do I create an account?

Open the app and continue with Apple, Google, or your email address. For email sign-up, enter the confirmation code we send you and you’re in.

Can I import my Hevy history?

Yes. On the welcome screen tap Import my training, choose Hevy, and connect via OAuth (or paste your Hevy API key). Liftcue pulls in your recent workout history so Spotter starts with real data.

How is my program built?

A two-minute wizard captures your goal, experience, schedule, equipment, recovery, and any injuries. The AI then generates a personalized, periodized program in seconds — with plain-English reasoning for its choices.
