Unlike a generic chatbot, Spotter has access to your full history, so every answer is about you.

What is Liftcue?

Can Spotter really build my whole routine?

Yes. Answer a short setup about your goal, experience, schedule, equipment, and any injuries, and Spotter generates a complete, periodized program in seconds — picking the split, exercises, sets, reps, and progression, with plain-English reasoning you can read before you start.

Is it free?

You can track your training, log workouts, and follow your body-composition trends for free, forever. Spotter — routine generation, chat, and session debriefs — is part of Premium (€5.99/mo) and Elite (€11.99/mo). Every new account starts with a 7-day Premium trial.

How does the free trial work?

New accounts get 7 days of Premium at no cost and without entering any payment method. It does not auto-renew and you are never charged for it. When it ends, your account simply moves to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe.

Do I need special equipment or a particular gym?

No. The setup asks what equipment you have — full gym, home setup, or minimal — and Spotter builds your routine around it, swapping in alternatives that train the same muscles when needed.

Can I bring my training history?

Yes. You can import your workout history from Hevy via OAuth, and connect Apple Health so Spotter sees recovery signals like sleep and resting heart rate. Body-composition data imports from InBody, DEXA, or smart-scale CSVs.

Is my data private?

Your data is stored in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold. Spotter sends only the relevant inputs to our AI provider to generate a response — your data is not used to train third-party models. You can export or delete everything at any time. When does Liftcue launch?

Liftcue is coming soon to iOS. The App Store and Google Play listings will go live shortly — check back here or follow @liftcue for the launch.
